    Delegates Armstead, Carmichael and Lane move to concur in the Senate amendment with an amendment as follows:

in subsection (a) of section 3a of Article 15 of Chapter 11, after the word “Provided”, by striking the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

that the tax on sales, purchases and uses of food and food ingredients as defined in said section that is intended for human consumption shall be eliminated effective at midnight on December 31, 2011.
